Private Lodging in Palma (El Molinar / Portixol)
Discover a different Mallorca. This 100 m², renovated house with distinguished furnishings and a glass wall facing the 35 m² patio is located on the ocean in the fisherman's neighbourhood of Es Molinar, bordering Portixol, one of the trendiest neighbourhoods of Palma. It is only two minutes on foot to the beautiful 25 km board walk with small, sandy beaches, harbours and numerous restaurants and bars, leading to Palma's cathedral, the yacht harbour and to Playa de Palma, Arenal and Son Veri. It is lively all year round: jogger, skateboarders, dog walkers, Nordic walkers and bicyclists. Supermarkets are also easily accessible on foot. The quaint little fisherman's house is located on a quiet side street with ample parking. It boasts an entrance hall, where you can park rented bikes, the adjacent living room with fireplace, satellite television, a dining area and a fully equipped, open plan kitchen (with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster a kettle, dishes and a dishwasher), as well as two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm). Finally, there are two bathroom – one with underfloor heating. The entire house has air conditioning and central heating. A washing machine and iron, as well as wireless internet access are also available. The patio (beautifully decorated Mallorquin courtyard) receives sun the entire afternoon. In the evening, you can enjoy the barbecue here. It is ideal for two to four people and is perfect for the holiday maker who wants to get away from mass tourism and enjoy an urban holiday by the sea.
Special price for the house: depending on the season between 130 and 180 € per night (max 5 persons) plus 100€ cleaning. Minimum stay 5 nights.
