Discover a different Majorca. This 100 m² little house is now stylishly renovated and ready for welcoming you. It is located on the seaside in the fisherman's neighborhood of Es Molinar, bordering Portixol, one of the trendiest neighborhoods of Palma. It is only two minutes on foot to the beautiful 25 km board walk with small, sandy beaches, harbours and numerous restaurants and bars, leading to Palma's cathedral, the yacht harbour and to Playa de Palma, Arenal and Son Veri. It is lively all year round: jogger, skateboarders, dog walkers, Nordic walkers and bicyclists. Supermarkets are also easily accessible on foot. The quaint little fisherman's house is located on a quiet side street with ample parking.
It has 2 bedrooms, equipped with Queen Size double beds and each with bathroom en suite. The centre piece is the spacios lounge (dining &living area, open kitchen) - facing the cosy patio of 12 sqm) You can enjoy sun the whole day at the 80m2 roof terrace with sea view. The house is equipped with floor heating, aircondition, superrapid Internet WLAN via optical fiber, SAT-TV and everything you might need. It is ideal for two to four people and is perfect for the holiday maker who wants to get away from mass tourism and enjoy an urban holiday by the sea.
Special price for the house: depending on the season between 130 and 180 € per night (up to 4 persons) plus 100€ cleaning. Minimum stay 5 nights.
