The 80m2 decently stylish furnished loft flat in a trendy "shabby chic" look is situated in the still authentic fisher area "Es Molinar", bordering "Portixol", the hippest quarter Palmas. Due to its direct access to the sea, disposing of a multitude of small beaches and a fantastic 25km promenade along the seaside, with urban flair (cafés, lounges, bars, restaurants), Es Molinar is a paradise for anybody who loves the mediterranean but at the same time urban feeling. The spacious penthouse Loft (3rd floor) with sunny balcony with sea view, fully equipped kitchen, aircondition and heating, Internet WLAN, Multimedia Computer for music and films, television with SAT, queen size bed, bathroom with floor heating, washing machine and dryer, big roof terrasse with panorama-view, is perfect for one person or a couple with individual taste, preferring unique atmosphere to touristic mainstream or for business travel.
In 2 minutes by foot you are at the sea side with small little beaches and nearly no tourism, as there are no hotels in that area. Supermarkets, shops and all types of restaurants are close by. There is a bus stop directly in front with buses going into the centre of Palma or to the Playa de Palma every five minutes. Parking in the street is no problem.
Special price for the house: depending on the season between 70 and 80 € per night (max 2 persons) plus 70€ cleaning. Minimum stay 3 nights.
